The new moms of Bollywood are conveying important messages as the world celebrates Breastfeeding Week.

It’s World Breastfeeding Week and some Bollywood mommies like Sameera Reddy and Neha Dhupia are making the most of this occasion to bring in strong messages and encourage awareness toward breastfeeding.

Neha Dhupia began celebrating International Breastfeeding Week by launching the 'Freedom To Feed' campaign. She shared how worried she was while she was feeding her little one. Along with the video, the diva wrote:

Neha’s post also encourages women to be comfortable with breastfeeding their babies in the public, demands that more facilities for breastfeeding mothers should be available and that can only happen if a conversation begins.

Neha welcomed Mehr with husband Angad Bedi in November last year. The couple surprised everyone with their hush-hush wedding in May 2018.

Not staying behind this occasion, Sameera not only addressed new mothers, but she called for attention from new dads and asked them to be a strong pillar for new moms with a new picture of herself and her newborn baby.

Sameera noticed how factors like depression for the mother could result in the baby not getting milk enough and so it was important to understand the pressure on the mother, something that could do a world of good for her.

Sameera Reddy is the mother of two kids. Earlier, Sameera had opened up about dealing with weight gain and depression after she gave birth to her first child Hans in 2015.
