In the shooting photo, the actress looked stunning in a golden dress, smiling at Mammootty. However, this viral photo created a storm, garnered sexist and lewd comments and was even distorted into inappropriate memes. According to The News Minute, Aju Varghese had to take the picture off Facebook, but the same image is still available on his Twitter and Instagram profiles.

Sunny Leone has often been the target of brutal trolling in the past, but this time these nasty comments didn't mention directly to the actress. Previously, she faced vile social media backlash for posting a family photo, also featuring her daughter Nisha, on Father's Day.  Social media users questioned the explicit nature of the picture and accused Daniel and Sunny of bad parenting.
Meanwhile, Sunny has also taken part in Dabboo Ratnani's 2019 calendar and posted a  picture of herself from the photoshoot on her Instagram account.
On the work front, Sunny Leone is in full plate for her web series Karenjit Kaur - The Untold Story of Sunny Leone. The former adult movie star also runs her own production business which focuses on beauty and makeup line. Madura Raja features Mammootty and Sunny Leone in the titular role and is directed by Vysakh.
