Varun Dhawan Thinks Alia Bhatt Won't Work With Him Anymore. Here's Why

Varun Dhawan pulled Alia Bhatt's leg at an award show, saying 'Now you won't work with me'.

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt's friendship has started since they made their first film together Student of the Year in 2012. Since then, the two have given several blockbusters including Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014) and Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017) and will also be seen in the magnum opus Kalank. 

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are now considered two of the most bankable actors in Bollywood. Alia has many projects lined up for the year like RRR, Takht and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Inshallah. Recently at an award show, her Kalank co-star Varun Dhawan pulled her leg and told Alia now that she has so many projects, she will not work with him anymore.

Varun Dhawan cheekily commented, "Inshallah, mashallah now that you are collaborating with big directors and actors, you won’t work with me!" Ranveer SinghRanbir Kapoor, and the audience burst into a laugh. Varun added, "After a couple of years, she won’t be working with either of you, too!"

A few days ago, Alia announced that she had been signed on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film, Inshallah.  She will be starring in Inshallah alongside Salman Khan. Interestingly, the movie will mark Alia's first collaboration with Salman. She said working with the actor-director duo is a dream come true for her.
