Hyderabad: Young Telugu actor K Bharath Kanth and his associate G Sai Trilok died on the spot in a horrific road accident on the Outer Ring Road early Sunday morning. The car they were travelling in rammed into a container truck near Exit 12 at Bongulur under Adibatla police station limits.

Accident Details
Bharath Kanth, 31, was behind the wheel when the vehicle collided with the truck ahead. The impact was so severe that the car was completely mangled. Both occupants suffered fatal injuries and were declared dead at the scene. Sai Trilok, also 31, was a well known cameraman and cinematographer. The duo hailed from Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh.
Adibatla Inspector B Ravi Kumar confirmed the details to the media. According to the police, the accident took place around the 111.5 kilometre mark between Bongulur and Thukkuguda while the car was heading towards Shamshabad. Preliminary investigation points to the possibility of high speed as a contributing factor, though the exact cause is still under probe.
Police have registered a case and shifted the bodies for postmortem. Further investigations are on to determine if any other vehicles or factors were involved.
