Shahid Kapoor’s "Kabir Singh" Is Likely To Beat "Bharat", Gives "Article 15" A Hard Time

While "Kabir Singh" was able to cross the Rs 160 core milestone after only 9 days and being on the clear run to reach Rs 200 crore in the near future, it took "Bharat" 25 days to enter the Rs 200-crore-club.

The month of June seems to be a fantastic month for all Bollywood movies release. Even when the most awaited tournament World Cup 2019 is ongoing, nothing can stop these movies from raking in money at the box office. Some of them are likely to break Box Office records in both short and long span.
Having been making headlines for nearly a month, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bharat is coming to a halt with nearly Rs 200 crore has been collected. Meanwhile, another movie is about to take over the leading position and on the clear run to break the office of Bharat.
It is none other than Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh which is going to make a grand entrance into the Rs 200-crore-club.
In fact, the movie has collected up to Rs 160 core nine days after the release. Meanwhile, other films which have just been released recently like Diljit Dosanjh's Shadaa and Ayushmann Khurrana's Article 15 are also doing well at the box office.

1. Kabir Singh Box Office Day 9
By the last Saturday, Kabir Singh has officially crossed Rs 150 crore and become the highest grossing solo film of Shahid Kapoor’s career.
2. Article 15 Box Office Day 2
Ayushmann Khurrana’s crime drama Article 15 ended up its first weekend with Rs. 12 crore in total.
3. Bharat Crossed Rs 200 crore On Day 25
While Kabir Singh was able to cross the Rs 160 core milestone after only nine days and being on the clear run to enter the Rs 200-crore-club, Bharat needs up to 25 days to do the same.
4. Annabelle Comes Home Day 3
The latest sequel of Hollywood honor franchise Annabelle Comes Home is on the same board with Article 15 crossing Rs 13 crore after three days.
5. Shadaa Day 9
Diljit Dosanjh's Shadaa appears to be the biggest competitors of Kabir Singh in some states especially Ludhiana as it has a selective group of audience. 9 days after its release, the romantic comedy has collected Rs 20 crore.
