Shah Rukh Khan To Play A Titular Cameo In “Shershaah” – Rumor of Fact?

After a rumor of Shah Rukh Khan playing as a cameo in Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra, we have heard that he will also contribute an important part in Shershaah. Earlier, the superstar didn’t announce his next but with these rumors, we are expecting an enormous comeback from King Khan.

Two years passed and we gradually forget the dark shadow of his big flop Zero releasing in 2018.

It’s time to welcome back the name of SRK to the silver screen. As per reports, Sidharth Malhotra will essay the role of the Indian Army officer Vikram Batra who died at a very young age during the Kargil war. The character of Vikram was honored as the highest courage of India for his brave action in the Kargil War in 1999.

The source said that the information of Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo role in Shershaah is ‘hush-hush’ since the filmmakers intend to inform later. In the much-awaited movie, Sidharth Malhotra will be seen in a double role as Captain Batra and his twin brother Vishal. Meanwhile, Kiara Advani will portray his fiancée, Dimple Cheema.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan will grab a titular role in supporting Captain Batra from now and then. As SRK and Karan Johar are best friends, when the producer gave a request to King Khan, he immediately agreed. None other actors than the superstar can essay the role with his experience since his debut as an officer in the army in the 1989 TV series Fauji.

Besides the mainstream characters and Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo, no other roles have been revealed. According to the source, each of the characters of the film is highly important and clearly wrapped. The film has been filmed in Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ladakh, Kashmir, and Palampur. Shershaah is scheduled to hit the screen on July 3^rd.
