Shah Rukh Khan & Priyanka Chopra Join WHO's Live Event "One World: Together At Home" To Raise Funds For Coronavirus

A report recently confirmed that King Khan and Priyanka Chopra will take part in an international star group for a live event of WHO to raise funds for coronavirus.

Recently, B-town stars Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra have been reported to join a global event to raise funds for fighting against coronavirus. The live event titled One World: Together At Home held by the World Health Organization (WHO) will witness many international stars including Elton John and Lady Gaga.
Due to the quarantine campaign over the world, the event will go under the method of a live stream from the stars' places broadcast on April 18. We will see the performances of David Beckham, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Idris Elba, John Legend from overseas. Meanwhile, it will also present Bollywood icons such as Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra have been taking to social media to donate as well as remind people to follow the Indian government during this time.
Last month, the gorgeous diva of the tinsel town together with her husband Nick Jonas informed their contributions to some public charities to help the combat with the deadly pandemic. Priyanka tweeted about the two's donations to several organizations such as Unicef, Goonj, PM-CARES Fund by PM Narendra Modi, Feeding America, and some others.
She wrote: "These organizations are doing amazing work by helping those impacted by #Covid19. They are feeding the hungry, supporting doctors and first responders, helping low income and homeless communities, and supporting our colleagues in the entertainment industry."
At the same time, King Khan has been contributing his effort to the battle against COVID-19. Through IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), he and his wife Gauri Khan with some business partners made a donation to the PM-CARES Fund. Besides, the superstar also lent his support to the Maharashtra CM's Relief Fund by donating under the banner Red Chillies Entertainment.
