While the audience is dying to see Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone in a film, the duo seems in no hurry to join forces. Sources claim the pairing is unlikely to happen in the near or distant future.

Superstar Salman Khan has worked with all the leading ladies of the present time. Be it Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma or Jacqueline Fernandez, he has done one or more movies with each one of them. In his next Inshallah, he has been paired opposite much younger Alia Bhatt.

The audience has loved Khan’s pairing with almost every actress he has worked with, years have gone by since they have been waiting to see him with Deepika Padukone in a film.

On many occasions, Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone came quite closer to signing a film together, but things did not fall into place for one reason or the other. If you thought they would sign a film soon, the bad news is that you may have to wait for years because the status quo is not expected to change anytime soon.

Deepika Padukone has reportedly refused to agree with Salman Khan on certain issues.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently shooting for his much-awaited film Dabangg 3. It is expected to wrap up in the coming few weeks. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, has joined the cast of husband Ranveer Singh’s sports drama 83. She will next be seen in her home production Chhapaak.
