With Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, "Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi" has reached the global box office of $1 million and became a remarkable blockbuster in the international market.

With Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has reached the global box office of $1 million and became a new remarkable blockbuster in the international market. Specifically, three days after being launched into the global market, the movie has made a spectacular result with $ 1.071 mn (Rs 7.61 crore) in total. Indeed, it only raised $117k on the first day (last Thursday). On the next two days, however, the daily box office reached $438k and $516k respectively.

The global box-office figures of the movie were shared by trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh on Sunday.
It Is Sweeping Out In Domestic Market
In addition to the substantial success of the movie in the global market, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is sweeping out on its own home turf. The drama has made up to Rs 26.85 crore within only two days. In other words, this is a phenomenon! The upcoming days are likely to keep up the positive trend which is promising for a fantastic total gross in the first week.
Leading The Box Office Race
Being in the race also has Thackeray and Uri: The Surgical Strike which hit the cinemas in advance. However, positive reviews and word of mouth have powered up the movie and brought positive impacts on its revenue.
Based on the real life of Jhansi, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is the story about her journey fighting against the harsh British rule and regaining India's independence. With Kangana and Krish as co-director, the movie features Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Atul Kulkarni, Jisshu Sengupta in the lead roles. It was released a few days ago on January 25.
