Ranveer Singh Respond To Cold War Rumour With Co-star Shahid Kapoor. Read details!

In the latest interview, Ranveer Singh gave a piece of his mind about his colleague Shahid Kapoor.

Not long ago, rumors were rife about Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor’s relationship is facing rough water. Their cold war started during the set of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's superhit, Padmaavat. Some insider even let slipped that Deepika Padukone must stand up to break tense moments between the two.

However, disposed of rumors have been doing around, Ranveer in the most recent interview disclosed about his friendship with Shahid.

"We were very good together, yaar. I think we had a good time shooting for the film. Creatively fulfilling," the actor said.

Gossip story was made-up when Shahid confessed that he felt “like an outsider” during the shooting of Padmaavat last year. When talking about his co-star, Ranveer retorted that he tried his best to make his colleagues feel as comfortable as possible.

Earlier, on Karan Johar's talk show, Ranveer once said that he could play the role of Kaminey better than Shahid. In response, Shahid in an interview told the publication: “You know, once on Koffee with Karan, Ranveer said he would have done my role in Kaminey better than me... I would have done Khilji differently."

Since then it set tounges wagging about Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh’s relationship was in the soup. However, the fans could feel relieved because Ranveer, later on, sent a sincere apology to Shahid on Koffee with Karan. "In my first year, I was very arrogant. That was not something I should have said. I regret saying that," Ranveer Singh broke his silence.

Talking about Shahid Kapoor's comment on Ranveer’s performance in Padmaavat, the actor gladly respond: "What's wrong with saying that? I don't know if he could have done it better or worse, but every actor brings something unique to the table."
