Bollywood superstar turned international icon, Priyanka Chopra tied the knot with American singer Nick Jonas in a lavish wedding at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. Their multi-day wedding becomes the talk of the town and draws the attention of one and all.

The Cut belonging to New York Magazine published an article about the marriage of Nick and Priyanka and called it fraudulent.

The piece had the title as “Is Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s love for real?” It asserted that Priyanka is a “global scam artist” and marrying her is not Nick's own will.

As early as the piece was published, it has generated a fierce objection from the public, and they called The Cut sexist. People from all walks of life requested them to remove it instantly.

The Cut then pulled it down and shared an apology on social media. They tweeted,
