Priyanka Chopra Gets Candid On Zaira Wasim’s Decision To Quit Movies For The First Time

Priyanka who is set to share the screen space with Zaira in the film had said nothing ever since the announcement was out. However,recently, PeeCee opened up on the decision to quit movies of her co-star Wasim.

Priyanka Chopra’s Bollywood comeback film The Sky Is Pink has turned out to be one of the most anticipated projects of the year.

Not just because the appearance of Priyanka itself, but also the major controversies raging over the decision to quit Bollywood of actress Zaira Wasim make the film grabbing eyeballs.

When Zaira went on record to announce she was quitting the industry and said it interferes with her religion, she outright cooked up a storm on social media. The actress got many supports but not less criticism.

Priyanka who is set to share the screen space with Zaira in the film had said nothing ever since the announcement was out. However, in a recent interview with Mid-Day, PeeCee opened up on the decision to quit movies of her co-star Wasim.

The actress emphasized that it was her personal choice, and no one has the right to dictate someone else’s decision. The Bollywood A-list also heaped praises on Zaira’s acting mettle and called her “an amazing actor.” She said.

The fact that Zaira Wasim was not a part of the film crew present at the Toronto Film Festival 2019. Only Priyanka, Farhan, Rohit, Siddharth, Shonali and Ronnie Srewvala attended the event.
