Actress Kriti Sanon is currently celebrating the response she has been receiving from the audience. Farah Khan had recently announced that she will be joining Rohit Sharma for Satta Pe Satta remake. Originally starring Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini dating 1982, the film was a huge success. It was directed by Raj Sippy and produced by Romu Sippy. Recently, during an interaction with a media house actress Kriti Sanon revealed that she really wants to be a part of the remake.
Meanwhile, reports also suggested that Hrithik Roshan and Anushka Sharma could be part of his film. But during an in interaction me media-persons, Farah Khan revealed that the film has been confirmed for a remake but casting is yet to be finalized. She also said that there are plenty of rumours in the industry about Satte Pe Satta remake but she assured to reveal about any development pertaining to this film.
When asked if Kriti Sanon will be a part of the remake, the actress revealed that she will love to be a part of the film but she has no information about it. She further informed that she is yet to be approached by people related to the remake.
For Kriti Sanon, 2019 has been a fruitful year with back to back successful films such as Luka Chuppi,Housefull 4 and Panipat. In Panipat, Kriti Sanon is playing role of Parvati Bai, wife of Sadashiv Rao Bhau. The film has now landed in controversy over the portrayal of Raja Surajmal's character in the film. But now the filmmakers have announced to delete those controversial scenes from the film. Rajasthan government will allow filmmakers to release it only after those scenes are deleted.
Talking about her character, the actress said that she is very happy to play such a unique role. Being a Punjabi she portrayed a character of a Maharashtrian woman. Her fans and audience loved her on screen and she is amazed by such response.
