Karan Johar Confirms To Have Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday In Shakun Batra's Directorial

Holding many projects next year but Deepika Padukone will join Shakun Batra's next alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday, confirmed by Karan Johar.

After the marvelous success of drama Kapoor & Sons and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Shakun Batra will release a film soon. According to filmmaker Karan Johar's tweet, Deepika Padukone will join the cast of the film together with starlet Ananya Panday and Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi.

The buzz has been around the glam world for such a long while that did the rounds with some rumors. Finally, the official news has come as what speculated. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh also took to Twitter to share the piece of news:

In a small talk with a leading daily, Karan shared that Shakun has brought to the film industry a big hit with Kapoor & Sons and then became a producer. The upcoming project in his hand might be another blockbuster and he is quite excited to see it.

Shakun also revealed that he desires to work as a director under Karan's decade-long production. He further confirmed that all the characters of the film will fall into the stuck roads of the relationship drama.

Three of the cast have been showing their starlight in the tinsel town and getting a lot of attention through their past releases.
