Twitter doesn’t need time to come up with memes, and barely a couple of hours after the release of the Kalank trailer, the internet is flooded with hilarious jokes.

The trailer of Kalank dropped on Wednesday. Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit among others gathered in Mumbai to launch the trailer of their film. As for the trailer, it received a thumbs up from the audience, and social media users cannot stop lauding #KalankTrailer.

The trailer brings to light the love triangle between Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur, which was hinted on in the teaser of the film. While Alia plays the role of Roop, Varun Dhawan is Zafar, and Aditya Roy Kapur is Dev in the movie. Kalank directed by Abhishek Varman is slated to hit theatres on April 17.

Two scenes, in particular, have become a hit meme on Twitter. One saw Alia Bhatt’s “Mere Paas Khone Ko Kuch Nahi Hai” dialogue in the trailer and another scene in which Alia is pulled in either direction by Varun and Aditya’s characters, which have inspired a ton of memes. Jokes were also made online on the ongoing season of the IPL, exam pressure, and ‘career choices’.
