Jacqueline Fernandez: “This Year Has Been Amazing For Me”

Jacqueline Fernandez has her plate full with a lot of diverse stuff. Apart from doing films, she is set to explore the digital world with a Netflix film. She has also launched her own YouTube channel.

It has been more than a year since Jacqueline Fernandez has not graced the silver screen. Her last release was Race 3 which hit the marquee on 15th June, 2018. The actress is now gearing up for the digital premiere of her much-delayed film Drive.

Produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Tarun Mansukhani of Dostana (2008) fame, Drive stars Sushant Singh Rajput as the male lead and is set to premiere on Netflix soon.

Apart from films, Jacqueline Fernandez has been keeping herself busy with several other interesting things. She is making her digital debut with a Netflix film titled Mrs. Serial Killer. Directed by Shrish Kunder and produced by Farah Khan, Mrs. Serial Killer also stars Mohit Raina and Manoj Bajpayee in lead roles.

In an interview with a leading publication, Jacqueline Fernandez said that this year has been fruitful for her.

Jacqueline Fernandez also launched her own YouTube channel recently, which has gained tremendous popularity among netizens in no time. Her videos related to fashion, beauty and lifestyle are garnering millions of views on the leading video-sharing platform.

Rumours are also rife in the tinsel town of Bollywood that she will soon be reteaming with superstar Salman Khan once again for Kick 2. As the title suggests itself, the film is a sequel to their 2014 blockbuster Eid release Kick which smashed several box-office records upon its release.

The sequel is expected to mount the shooting floor in 2020. Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, who made his directorial debut with Kick, will return to the director's chair for Kick 2.
