Shahid Kapoor Post "Kabir Singh": I Am Unemployed Right Now

Shahid Kapoor admitted during an interview that he has not signed a film after "Kabir Singh" and is basically "unemployed."

Shahid Kapoor is undoubtedly one of the most versatile actors in the tinsel tower. The B-town heartthrob who has enthralled everyone with his stupendous acting in films like Jab We Met, Kaminey, Haider, Udta Punjab, and Padmaavat is now all set to leave audiences spellbound with his upcoming next Kabir Singh.

The actor is currently busy with the promotion of this film with his co-star Kiara Advani.

Ever since the trailer of the film was dropped online, the buzz around the film is at an all-time high. While the film is around at the corner, Shahid Kapoor, in a recent interview, said he is going to be jobless and hasn't signed any new film next after Kabir Singh.

"I am unemployed right now because I don’t have a film and it does suck because I want to know what I am doing next! I do have too many things to do even when I am not working, so there is always something to do", Shahid quoted.

Coming back to Kabir Singh, it is a Hindi remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy and has been well-received since its trailer was dropped. Essaying the role of an alcoholic, Shahid Kapoor is seen as a medical student-turned-surgeon, a jilted lover and goes on the path of self-destruction after his lover leaves him.

Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and the film will hit the screens on June 21, 2019.
