“Housefull 4” Box Office In Diwali 2019: Akshay Kumar’s Film Remains A Slow Run With Rs 37.89 Crore

Even on the occasion of Diwali 2019, “Housefull 4” box office still didn’t hit a miracle for its grossing when after 2 days of release, it collected only Rs 37.89 crore.

Keeping treading water with by and by movements towards a blockbuster of the year, Housefull 4 box office tracked a deep disappointment. Unlike the expectations, the weekend before Diwali didn’t seem to be a momentum for the movie with the ‘modest’ grossing after a couple of days hitting the cinema.
Embracing an enormous cast from superstars to several household names in Bollywood such as Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, and some others, Housefull 4 box office at the initial days kept a track of Housefull 3 with less than Rs 20 crore.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to update the figures of Housefull 4 box office collection day by day:
However, in the film trade analyst’s eyes, Akshay Kumar starrer film still had a ‘healthy’ starting. He tweeted:
It has been a big competition for Housefull 4 box office when also on Diwali 2019, Rajkummar Rao’s Made in China, Viraj’ Bigil and Bhumi Pednekar’s Saand Ki Aankh launched to the air. While Bigil hit a firework at the box office with more than Rs 50 crore on its first day, the two others failed to impress the audience and earned low grossing.
