Actor Govinda and director David Dhawan were considered as the best jodi for Bollywood. The duo worked together in 17 films like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Coolie No.1, Partner which were superhits.
Their fallout over a decade back took a very heartbreaking turn for their fans. Neither of them openly spoke about their rift. Govinda during an interview with Rajat Sharma on Aap Ki Adaalat revealed that he was very hurt when David Dhawan spoke ill about him while speaking to his secretary.
When Govinda was asked about his fight with David Dhawan, the actor said,
We will only wish that the actor-director jodi will soon make a comeback for their fans to enjoy a good comedy film.
