Alia Bhatt: God Created Deepika Padukone With A Lot Of Love And Patience

Alia Bhatt gushed about her Gully Boy co-star’s wife, actor Deepika Padukone, "God created her with lots of love and spent time on her".

In a recent interview, Deepika Padukone's husband Ranveer Singh revealed that he praised Ranbir Kapoor and called him his favourite actor, Alia Bhatt has now reciprocated the favour with Deepika Padukone - once-upon-a-time love of Ranbir Kapoor.

During an interview with Pinkvilla, Alia praised Deepika and said things like “God created Deepika Padukone with a lot of love and patience”. She admired not only DeePee's beautiful looks but also her heart-warm soul and personality. “Woh meri favourite hai”. She was then asked to say a few things about Deepika, to which Alia responded.

Previously, the two actresses appeared together in the opening episode of the sixth season of Koffee With Karan, which was aired before Ranveer and Deepika's wedding announcement. While Karan Johan asked about their relationships, it seemed that none of them was very open.

Alia Bhatt will be seen next in Abhishek Varman's Kalank along with Varun Dhawan. She is currently promoting their film Gully Boy, set to hit theatres on February 14, Valentine’s Day. The film also features Ranveer Singh. In the meanwhile, Deepika Padukone next movie is Chhapaak, in which she plays an acid attack survivor.
