The Soap Queen Ekta Kapoor Turns Mom, Welcomes First Baby Boy Via Surrogacy

January 27, 2019 marked the beginning of a new journey for producer and director Ekta Kapoor.

Female filmmaker Ekta Kapoor is enjoying happy moments when turning mom to a baby boy thanks to surrogacy. According to Mumbai Mirror, the baby boy was born on January 27 and is in healthy condition and will be brought to Kapoor home soon. 

The Balaji Telefilms boss decided to follow her brother Tusshar Kapoor's footsteps, who opted for the same route to become a father to son Laksshya, who was born on June 1, 2016.  Tusshar Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor are the children of producer Shoba Kapoor and veteran actor Jeetendra. Both of them are unmarried and blessed kids via vitro fertilisation procedure.
