"Bharat" Director Discloses The Reason Why Only Salman Khan Can Play The Lead Role in His Film

As "Bharat" delves into the father-son relationship topic, the director recently went on publicity to talk about the role of Salman Khan in the film.

Salman Khan-starrer Bharat is all set to enthrall the moviegoers this June and needless to say, fans of Bollywood Bhaijaan are eagerly waiting for its release. Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film has been the talk of the town ever since its inception and turned out to be a buzz only when its kick-ass trailer was launched.

As Bharat delves into the father-son relationship topic, the director recently went on publicity to talk about the role of the megastar in the film which helps highlight the father-son bond. This is also what he wants to showcase in the movie.

Ali told media that a reason why he thinks Salman is destined for this role in Bharat stems from the chemistry he shares with his writer father, Salim Khan. The filmmaker revealed that Salman Khan and his father share a very close bond.

Other than the fatherhood, the stardom of Salman Khan is also one of the reasons that Ali Abbas Zafar wants to rope him in this role as he needs a megastar to spearhead his film. He said,
