Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer "SMZS" To Be Treated As Any Hetrosexual Love Story

Ayushmann Khurrana plays a middle-class small-town young man in "Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan", who falls in love with another man.

Ayushmann Khurrana, who is riding high on the massive success of his latest film Dream Girl (2019), is currently shooting for his next offering Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan. A sequel to his 2017 sleeper hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, the film revolves around a same-sex love story where Ayushmann Khurrana plays a homosexual man in love with another man.

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is currently being shot in Varanasi and producer Aanand L Rai is accompanying his team to make sure that everyone gets the subject right.

Speaking from the religious city, Aanand tells a publication,

Varanasi is one of the most favourite shooting locations for Anand L Rai. Before Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, he has shot Raanjhanaa (2013) in the city. Considering the sensitivity of the subject of his new project, the filmmaker is keeping a close tab on the proceedings.

says Aanand L Rai who last helmed Zero (2018), starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles.

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, directed by debutant filmmaker Hitesh Kewalya, also stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao in important roles. The Ayushmann Khurrana starrer is scheduled to arrive in theatres on 13th March, 2020.
