While Priyanka's controversial issue is still going sizzling, Ayushmann Khurrana has opened up that he supports the actress in this case.

Ayushmann Khurrana recently has shown his support for Priyanka Chopra, who has been caught in political controversy after posting a contentious tweet. The actor said at a recent event that PeeCee is carrying out a great job as an Indian representation on the global scale.

He mentioned this at the celebration event for his movie AndhaDhun winning numerous National Film Awards.

A number of days back, a woman who is Pakistani-American yelled at an event that Priyanka Chopra had supported the India-Pakistan war after she tweeted to show her siding with the Indian Army. The post was out amidst in a sensitive period when cross-frontier relations were extremely intense. Priyanka then replied that fans of hers are from both borders’ sides and that she is not fond of war.

The mentioned woman posted on Twitter later her exchange video and also noted that PeeCee made her look like she was the person that is wrong.

Priyanka Chopra’s position as the ambassador of UNICEF has been put in question after the event and Shireen Mazari, the minister of Pakistan human rights had proposed to UNICEF to remove her from the spot.

In the meantime, some of Priyanka’s Bollywood colleagues, namely Kangana Ranaut, Ali Abbas Zafar, and other stars, have spoken up to defend her. The actress has also had to cope with online criticism, as well.
