Ayushmann Khurrana Finally Speaks Up About Similarities Between “Bala” And “Ujda Chaman”

“Ujda Chaman” has earlier accused “Bala” of copying their ideas from the poster to the dialogues. Finally, actor Ayushmann Khurrana addressed the controversy about this issue.

Bala actor Ayushmann Khurrana admits that he feels normal when his film and Ujda Chaman meet some similarities in the plot. Both him and Sunny Singh who played in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety feature a bald man in two different films.

Earlier, when Ujda Chaman first poster released, it also stated that the film is the first and original one about a bald man. On the other hand, as Ayushmann has said, Bala directs to the inner love rather than just a story of a bald man.

On how the actor feels when the two films set on floors nearly at the same time, he said:

Nevertheless, earlier this year, an anonymous writer had spilled the beans that Bala took inspiration from his own script for Ayushmann. But when the film started shooting and set schedule, nobody cared about the credit for him.
