Athiya Shetty Talks About Her Next Film “Motichoor Chaknachoor”

Athiya Shetty, the daughter of action star Suniel Shetty, entered showbusiness with Salman Khan Films’ romantic movie Hero (2015). Besides her, the film also launched Aditya Pancholi’s soon Sooraj Pancholi in Bollywood.

Despite being promoted heavily, Hero failed to click with the audience. In 2017, Athiya Shetty appeared in Anees Bazmee’s comic-caper Mubarakan, also featuring Arjun Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz in lead roles.

The actress is now gearing up for the release of her third Bollywood outing Motichoor Chaknachoor. Talking about the film and her role in it, Athiya Shetty tells a publication,

In Motichoor Chaknachoor, Athiya Shetty is paired opposite National Film Award-winning actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

When asked about her working experience with him, she says,

Interestingly, Athiya Shetty had declined the role twice before accepting it finally.

Made under the banner of Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Woodpecker Movies Private Limited, Motichoor Chaknachoor is directed by Debamitra Biswal. The film is scheduled to enter theatres on 15^th November.
