Here's What Alia Bhatt Responds To The Wedding Rumours With Ranbir Kapoor

Young actress Alia Bhatt has responded to the rumour doing the rounds that she will get married to Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor in 2019. Though she says that her well-wishers might have to wait to witness her wedding.

“If people are waiting for my wedding then, they have to wait for it,” says the actor, in an interview at Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018. She then added she thinks climax should be superb and a happy ending should also happen.

The duo Ranbir and Alia have confirmed their relationship. They are also about to be seen as co-stars for the first time in the film Brahmastra.

Alia hopes Priyanka will have a beautiful wedding

Reacting on the impending wedding of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, which will reportedly take place in Jodhpur, actor Alia stated she is relatively glad and excited that Priyanka is tying the knot. She also shared she eagers to see PeeCee and her wedding attire. Alia added she has a huge fondness, love and warmth for her industry friend Priyanka.

“I hope that she will have a beautiful wedding,” says Alia. The actor further added she is sure that her friend Priyanka will be a gorgeous bride and should have a happy life.

Alia said she is diametrically opposed from Kareena Kapoor Khan

The fact that the public usually compares Alia with actor Kareena Kapoor Khan as the similarity in their looks and their acting styles. However, sharing her thought towards that comparison, Alia said that it is a compliment for her though he does not think it’s true as Bebo is the only one and she is relatively different from her. “I don’t think it’s fair to draw comparison between us”, the actor affirmed.

On the work front, the first part of the film Brahmastra is expected to release in December 2019. This film is written and directed by filmmaker Ayan Mukherji, produced by film company Dharma Productions.
