Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor Join Kapoor Family To Celebrate New Year

From Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor to Arjun Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao among others, B-town celebrities spent New Year with their loved ones. Ranbir Kapoor and his girlfriend Alia Bhatt are celebrating New Year with Kapoor's family - Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Bharat and daughter Samara in New York.

The Kapoors welcomed New Year with a get-together dinner and later many pictures from the celebration were shared online which proved that they had barrels of fun.

Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared a sneak peek into the celebrations. The picture saw Alia and Ranbir sitting side by side and next to Alia was cute baby Samara. Rishi is in New York since September as he is undergoing treatment for an undisclosed ailment. He looked frail but happy.  Riddhima captioned: “La familia Happy New year from all of us to y’all #mydaddystrongestcoolest.”

Veteram actress Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram and wished a happy New Year to everyone:

Due to illness, Ranbir Kapoor couldn't attend big fat weddings of two of his co-stars, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, but he managed to be present at Kapoor’s Christmas lunch hosted by Kunaal Kapoor.

On the professional work,  Alia has taken on several high profile projects including fantasy drama Brahmastra. Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor will also star in Brahmastra and Yashraj Films’ Shamsheraa.
