As Ram Lakhan clocked 30 years recently, Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor celebrated the film's anniversary with heart-warming posts.

On Sunday, Ram Lakhan clocked 30 years and has become one of the most iconic movies of the Indian film industry. The film featured Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Jackie Shroff and Dimple Kapadia in the leading role and roped Amrish Puri, Rakhee, Gulshan Grover, Paresh Rawal, Anu Kapoor and Saeed Jaffrey in the supporting cast. Directed by Subhash Ghai, Ram Lakhan was dropped out on January 27, 1989, and turned into one of the biggest blockbusters of times even though its plot wasn't really outstanding. The film's success all went for convincing actors' performance and feet-tapping songs.

To celebrate its 30-years release, actors Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit recalled the golden days through their heart-warming social media posts. Taking to Instagram, Anil Kapoor shared a photo of himself which saw him doing the iconic step. He wrote on his post:

The 1998 masala entertainer is the classic tale of good winning over evil. Anil Kapoor played the role of Ram Lakhan, a spoilt brat while Jackie Shroff played Lakhan's elder brother in the role of a law-abiding police officer. Ram signifies good while Lakhan signifies bad and how tables turn in the end, is what makes this movie epic. Madhuri played Anil Kapoor's love interest in the film.

On the work front, Anil Kapoor is gearing up for the film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga accompanied with daughter Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Meanwhile, Madhuri Dixit will be seen in the comedy-drama, Total Dhamaal.
