Sunny Deol Makes His Digital Debut With ZEE5 Original “G 49”

Sunny Deol is one of the most successful actors that Bollywood has ever produced. He has been working in movies for close to four decades now and has done several successful films. He has to his credit some of Indian cinema’s biggest hits like Gadar (2001). Sunny Deol was last seen in suspense thriller Blank (2019) which marked the silver screen debut of Karan Kapadia, the cousin of former actress and author Twinkle Khanna.

The latest we hear that Sunny Deol is now set to begin a new inning in his acting career. Don’t get what are we talking about? Well, news has it that the action star of Bollywood is gearing up to make his digital debut soon. Sunny is entering the digital space with an upcoming web-series which is being bankrolled by leading streaming media giant ZEE5.

If a report published on a leading entertainment portal is to be believed, the actor has already started shooting for the forthcoming series in Madh Island in Mumbai. The show has been titled G 49 and will present Deol in his action avatar, something he has always been known for. More details on the series are expected to arrive soon.

Sunny Deol, who is currently the Member of Parliament from Gurdaspur of Punjab, recently launched his son Karan Deol with his directorial titled Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas (2020). The film hit the silver screen with a lot of expectations. However, it fell flat at the box-office and incurred heavy losses to his production house. Talking about his next Bollywood projects, the actor has not signed any new film after the release of Blank last year. However, his fans are waiting to see him on the big screen again.
