Koffee With Karan: 'Don't Forget Your Roots,' Kareena Kapoor Warns Priyanka Chopra

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas are all set to be guests on Karan Johar’s talk show and now we are treated to some glimpses of the upcoming season finale.

This is the first time that Priyanka and Kareena will appear together on Koffee With Karan. In one promo from the next show surfaced online, Kareena can be seen flipping and warning Priyanka not to forget her roots because the international icon didn't know whom Varun Dhawan is dating. Kareena asks her “How can you not know?” “Because I didn’t Google him before I married him,” Priyanka replied. Kareena reacted, “What do you mean you don’t know who Varun is dating? So now you know all your Hollywood actors? You’re making us sound like “Kaun hai wo?” imitating Priyanka. “Don’t forget your roots, huh!”  For the unversed, Varun is dating fashion designer Natasha Dalal.

To say the least, the two Bollywood leading ladies, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, were not on the best of terms. Previously, Bebo made fun of PeeCee's accent on a chat show, "Where does she get that accent from?". And PeeCee retaliated by taking a dig at Saif Ali Khan’s accent. "The same place where her boyfriend gets it from." This was a direct jibe at Saif, who had studied abroad.

On the work front, Kareena is currently shooting for her next film, Good News with co-star Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile, Priyanka will be soon seen on her upcoming Bollywood film is Shonali Bose-directed The Sky is Pink.
