After actor Rahul Bose tweeted about the "costliest banana" of his life, yet another actor came forward with a tweet which could probably leave everyone with an incessant astonishment. This time around the incident happened with a very famous face of the television industry, Kiku Sharda.
The actor who is known for his vital role in the famous sitcom soap The Kapil Sharma Show tweeted an image of an apparent bill of a cup of tea and a cup of coffee which cost him an enormous amount of 78, 650. The amount is in Indonesian Rupiah which when converted to Indian rupee turns out to be Rs 400.
The actor recently took off to Bali for a vacation from his busy television schedule. He has acted in numerous Television shows like Hatim, Akbar Birbal, and F.I.R to name some. He also had proved his acting prowess in Bollywood films like Race, Happy New Year, No Smoking, etc.
Sharing the image of the bill which had cost him 78,650 he said, "My bill for 1 cappuccino and 1 tea is 78,650/- but I am not complaining as I am in Bali, Indonesia and this amount in their currency converts to ₹ 400/- in Indian currency #mehengaayee".
He took a dig at the actor Rahul Bose who had shredded the bill after he was charged an enormous amount for 2 bananas in a famous Indian Hotel in Chandigarh. The video shared by Rahul Bose using the hashtags #GoingBananas and #howtogetfitandgobroke was seen more than 718,000 times was an instant viral on the internet garnering over more than 21,600 likes in no time. Following his post there we witnessed a lot of ad campaigns who took a dig at the Hotel chain through their advertisements.
Kiku Sharda had ordered a cup of cappuccino and a cup of tea in Bali which had cost him the amount. Later on, he also posted an image from the flight suggesting that he was on his way back to India. Sharing the image the actor wrote, "Until Next Time #Bali".
