Actress Anita Hassanandani Admits That TV Has More Power Than Anything

Actress Anita Hassanandani has wrapped up her shoots for the Ekta Kapoor's hit TV series Naagin 3. When the actress was asked about her preference between the big screen and mini screen, the actress was quite vocal about her inclination towards the mini screen because unlike the big screen, the mini screen has the potential and the power to penetrate the deeper section of the rural areas.

She was very vocal about her opinion that in small towns people don't "really know" about the blockbusters that are running in the theatres, but instead, they know the television actors and actresses and the stories that they bring to their drawing room. She also thinks that many films are written off when it underperforms in the theatres but runs very successfully when it is broadcasted.

The Naagin 3 actress believes that the artists should take the initiative and use the medium to deliver their messages of upliftment. Akshay Kumar's movies like Padman and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha had cleared the common misconceptions that were present since the hundreds of years.
