Actor Rithvik Dhanjani Talks About His Love For Rajasthani Cuisine

The popular TV actor and anchor who shot to fame with the famous television daily soap Pavitra Rishta Rithvik Dhanjani has a strong childhood connect with the Jaipur City of Rajasthan.

Rithvik Dhanjani admitted that despite his strong Jaipur connection, given that his relatives and close friends are based in the city, he hardly gets time to visit them. Apart from this, The Pavitra Rishta actor also denied all the marriage rumors with his girlfriend Asha Negi.

Reminiscing about his childhood days in Jaipur city of Rajasthan state, Rithvik said to an entertainment portal, “Jaipur is a lovely place. I remember coming here to meet my relatives when I was a child. Now I only come here to work.” But his brief work-related trips don’t stop the actor from indulging in some delicious Rajasthani khana.

“It’s mostly my work that brings me here, but I never forget to binge on local food. Last night too, I made sure to eat the local cuisine. I found a lovely vegetarian restaurant and gorged on a Rajasthani thali. I’m feeling a little guilty now, as I’m very diet conscious, but a few workouts will make things ok.”

Rithvik Dhanjani was hosting the dance reality show Super Dancer Season 3 and the talent hunt show, India’s Got Talent 8, admits that acting and anchoring are different. He described saying, “Anchoring has its own charm while acting is more exciting, needs more energy and requires a lot of hard work.

I have enjoyed anchoring too as one needs to be very spontaneous, quick and high on energy all the time. But if you ask my preference, I will say that I enjoy the process of acting more than anything else. Getting into the skin of a character, who is different from you, allows you to experiment and explore your own self.”

However, Rithvik Dhanjani was not at all interested to share his future projects with the portal. He said, “I have started something in fiction, but I can’t talk any more about it. I will make an announcement about it soon.”

One of the popular actors of the television industry Rithvik Dhanjani is in the relationship with his Pavitra Rishta co-star Asha Negi but Asha Negi does not like an ongoing rumor about their marriage. The couple is dating each other for the last few years.

“I am tired of giving answers that we are getting married any time soon. Abhi hum dono Shaadi Ke Liye Bohot Chhote Hain. It’s too early for us to get married as we both are focussing on our respective careers. But yes, she is a lovely human being and the most important person in my life.” Rithvik Dhanjani explained.
