Actor Manoj Bajpayee All Set For Netflix's Next Thriller "Mrs. Serial Killer"

Netflix is diving deep into the Indian market with more announcement targeting the Indian audience. The next big film under the Netflix banner comes with the announcement of Mrs. Serial Killer. The film already has raised up all the anticipation with the announcement of two of their lead casts in the form of Manoj Bajpayee and Mohit Raina.

Mrs. Serial Killer will be helmed by Shirish Kunder who had shot to fame with his Bollywood rom-com Tees Maar Khan in 2010. The 2016 short film Kriti again starring Manoj Bajpayee was also the talk of the town then and had garnered huge success on YouTube.

The film is an original Netflix movie which also sees Jacqueline Fernandez among the lead cast. The film is produced by the ace hit producer of Bollywood Farah Khan.

When asked about joining hands again with Manoj Bajpayee after Kriti, the director couldn't resist showing the excitement he was under. Manoj also said that he is quite grateful to work with the director once again after their first digital project was such a huge hit.

Talking about the same the actor said, "It has been a couple of years since our short film, Kriti, which created a massive buzz in the digital world. Loved every moment on the set with Shirish Kunder as a director. When Shirish reached out to me with this role in Mrs. Serial Killer, I couldn’t delay in saying yes to it as I found the script quite engaging. This is my first film with Netflix and it has been a memorable journey with them."

While Mohit Raina will also be the first timer who would be partnering Netflix. The actor said, "I had a great experience to bring such a challenging character on the screen with Mrs. Serial Killer. The dynamicity of the character is surrounded by the film adds more depth to the film.

The movie will explore the story of a wife whose husband is framed for several serial murders. To rescue her husband and prove his innocence the wife has 'perform' a murder exactly the way as the real killer did so as to prove her point and save her husband".
