Tamannaah Bhatia Announces Release Date Of Her Horror-Comedy “Abhinetri 2”

Gorgeous Tamannaah Bhatia is quite psyched up about her forthcoming film, Abhinetri 2, which is a sequel to her 2016 film, Abhinetri. The movie stars the talented actress in the role of a housewife who is possessed by a spirit.

On Monday, Tamannaah Bhatia announced the official release date of the much-awaited horror-comedy. The actress wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter,

Besides Tamannaah Bhatia, Abhinetri 2 also stars Prabhu Deva in the lead role. The cast of the film also includes Nandita Swetha, Sonu Sood, Dimple Hayathi, Kovai Sarala, Guru Somasundaram and Yogi Babu. Looking at the star cast of the film, it seems that Abhinetri 2 is going to be a laugh-riot with a supernatural twist.

Abhishek Nama, Dr Ishari, K Ganesh and R Ravindran have produced the horror-comedy under the banner of Abhishek Pictures. Talking about the film, the makers said,

Interestingly, Abhinetri 2 will be clashing with Tamannaah Bhatia’s Hindi movie Khamoshi on 31^st May. Khamoshi also features her Abhinetri 2 co-star Prabhu Deva, who is playing the lead antagonist in the movie. Tamannaah plays a deaf and mute girl in the film. Khamoshi is said to be the remake of Hollywood film, Hush (2016).

Besides Abhinetri 2 and Khamoshi, Tamannaah Bhatia has three more films in her kitty, including That Is Mahalakshmi, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and an untitled film with director Sundar C. That Is Mahalakshmi is an official remake of the Kangana Ranaut starrer National award-winning film, Queen (2014).
