Prabhudeva also revealed that the audience will witness a new version of Salman Khan in the movie and the movie will hit the screens by the end of this year. Avoiding all the questions about the sequel he said that it is going to be a surprise version of Dabangg and that the movie is going to be a good film.
"Everywhere people are talented...both ways, goods things are happening. Also, it is not a new trend. Tamil films are also made from Hindi. It's just that now because of social media, YouTube... so many people are getting to know about it", he said.
Prabhudeva shot to the limelight, proving his directorial skills by the ever-green, 2009 action film of Salman Khan, Wanted. The movie made such huge ripples at the box office that, Salman Khan who was fading away before the movie's release, cemented his place forever in the industry as an actor. The movie also marked the beginning of the trademark "100 Crore milestone" for success. Prabhudeva while talking to media thanked Salman Khan and Boney Kapoor for trusting him with the project then.
The actor is jam-packed with his schedule. He is starring in the upcoming horror thriller Khamoshi along with Tamannaah Bhatia. The movie is set to hit the screens on June 14 in Hindi. If we go by the trailer of the horror film, it seems like the movie is a remake of the 2016 Hollywood film Hush.
When asked about the same the actor denied by saying that he doesn't know whether it's a remake or not. Neither he had watched the Hollywood film so he can't fully agree or disagree. "I don't know how much of a serial killer role it is. But no, the makers didn't say that it is a remake of a film. I don't know. I haven't seen the film also," said Prabhudeva.
The actor turned director would also be seen in the most anticipated dance film of the year, Street Dancer 3D along with Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. The movie is directed by Remo D'Souza. Prabhudeva's 2012 directorial flick Rowdy Rathore is also reportedly getting a sequel as soon as the director is done with Dabangg 3.
