S.S. Rajamouli Directed "RRR" Postponed To 2021?

S.S. Rajamouli has roped in a number of popular actors for his next RRR from across the industries.

S.S. Rajamouli is one of the finest filmmakers that Indian cinema has produced over the years. After the massive success of his films Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017), cinephiles are eagerly awaiting the release of his next, tentatively titled RRR. However, if the fresh news coming in is to be believed, fans may have to wait a little longer to catch RRR in cinemas. 

According to reports, the S.S. Rajamouli directorial RRR has been postponed. The movie, which was earlier slated to hit the marquee in July 2020, is now likely to be released on January 2021, on the auspicious occasion of Pongal.

RRR stars several A-list actors from across the industries, including Ram Charan Teja, NTR Jr, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt.

Another source in the know goes on to disclose another relevant reason behind the delay of the film.

We know that S.S. Rajamouli creates cinematic masterpieces with each one of his offerings and hence, we don’t mind waiting for RRR a little more. 

An official announcement confirming the new release date of the film is awaited.
