Rana Daggubati Starrer “Aranya” Books Its Release Date

Rana Daggubati had his last solo release, Nene Raju Nene Manthri, in 2017. His fans have been waiting to see him in a full-fledged role ever since. After a long wait, the tall and handsome Telugu film star is finally coming up with a film where he fronts the cast. Yes, we are talking about his much-awaited film Aranya.
Helmed by well-known filmmaker Prabhu Solomon, Aranya is a multilingual film. In Hindi, it will release as Haathi Mere Saathi, while Kaadan has been finalized as the title for its Tamil release. The latest update on the hugely anticipated film is that now it has an official release date.
The makers of Aranya took to Twitter to announce the release date of the movie. A note from their PR team read that the release date for Haathi Mere Saathi finalized; to release on 2 April 2020. The film will also release simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. It stars Rana Daggubati. It is directed by Prabu Solomon and produced by Eros International.
In addition to Rana Daggubati, the forthcoming film also features Bollywood actors such as Pulkit Samrat, Zoya Hussain and Shriya Pilgaonkar in lead roles. It is touted to be a tribute to late superstar Rajesh Khanna’s iconic film of the same name, but with a completely new storyline.
The project was officially announced on December 13, 2017 and the makers dropped the first-look on January 1, 2018. The movie has been shot in the jungles of Kerala. Rana recently took to social media to announce that he has begun dubbing for the film in all three languages that the film is releasing in. The actor also announced that he has already wrapped up dubbing for the Tamil version of the film. The cast has also kick-started promotions of the movie on various platforms.
