R. Madhavan Finishes India Schedule Of His Multilingual Film “Rocketry - The Nambi Effect”

R. Madhavan does not only stars as the male lead, but he is also the writer, director and producer of “Rocketry - The Nambi Effect”. The much-awaited movie is being shot simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and English.
Popular actor R. Madhavan has finished the India schedule of his upcoming film, Rocketry - The Nambi Effect. The big-budget project started rolling on 21st January, 2019. After finishing the India schedule of the movie, the entire team will now head off to Paris and Belgrade to shoot the final schedule.
Rocketry - The Nambi Effect is a biographical drama. It is based on the life of former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation, Nambi Narayanan. In 1994, Nambi was accused of espionage and arrested. The honourable Supreme Court of India declared him not guilty in 1998. In 2019, the Government of India awarded him the Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian award of the country.
Apart from headlining the project, R. Madhavan is also the writer, director and producer of the much-awaited film. The high-profile project marks his debut as a filmmaker and hence, it is hotly anticipated by the diehard fans of the multi-talented actor. Well-known South Indian actress Simran has been roped in to play the female lead alongside R. Madhavan. The Tanu Weds Manu (2011) actor is currently filming the younger days of the scientist. He has been sporting a clean-shaven look for the same.
Rocketry - The Nambi Effect is a multilingual project. It is being shot simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and English. Buzz has it that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a cameo appearance in the Hindi and English versions of the film, while Tamil megastar Surya does a cameo in the Tamil version of the flick. However, none of the superstars has officially confirmed the development yet.
Famed composer Sam CS has scored music for Rocketry - The Nambi Effect. Tricolour Films, Vijay Moolan Talkies and Saffron Ganesha Entertainment are bankrolling the project. The film is expected to hit screens towards the end of the year.
