Confirmed: Sakshi Agarwal Roped In For A Tamil Comic-Caper

The Tamil comic-caper stars Sakshi Agarwal in the role of a village belle, a character that she has never played before. Though it is not a prominent role, it is going to be a crucial one in the narrative of the movie.

South Indian actress Sakshi Agarwal, who works in Tamil and Malayalam movies, has been cast to play an important character in an upcoming Tamil comic-caper. Well-known Tamil filmmaker Ezhil is calling the shots for the yet-to-be-titled venture.

The movie stars Sakshi Agarwal in the role of a village belle. The actress, who began her acting career in 2017 with Tamil film Adhyan, has never played such a role before. Since it is something new, the actress is quite psyched up about playing the part.

Spilling the beans on how she bagged the part, Sakshi says,

The actress adds that director Ezhil was impressed with her audition and hence, he offered her the role.

Apart from playing a brief part in the Ezhil directorial, Sakshi Agarwal will next be seen in Tamil film Cinderella. Directed by debutant Vinoo Venkatesh, Cinderella is a horror thriller fantasy. Sakshi is playing the lead role in the female-centric film. The actress has a few more projects in her kitty, which will be announced soon.
