Kanika Kapoor Crowned The Most Searched Indian Online; Beats Priyanka Chopra

Kanika Kapoor needs no introduction! She has been all over the news lately. The singer was possibly the first Bollywood celebrity to get infected with COVID-19. Fortunately, she is out of danger now and doing pretty well.

Soon, Kania Kapoor dethroned Priyanka Chopra Jonas from the top position of the most searched female celebrity in India and took the top spot. Well, it was given keeping in mind how the singer went on to party with some top politicians of the country after returning from London.

Other top searches before the Coronavirus pandemic became the talking point revolved around election results in Delhi, Delhi riots, Delhi violence and JNU violence. In politicians, people searched for Donald Trump, Arvind Kejriwal and Jyotiraditya Scindia, among others.

Aged 41, Kanika Kapoor is one of the most popular playback singers in Bollywood. Ever since making her debut, she has given her voice to several top actresses including Deepika Padukone, Sunny Leone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonakshi Sinha, among others.
