The megastar has worked with Shoojit Sircar to launch such an incredible montage video named Maa, and the song is launched on the Amitabh’ Twitter handle. Alongside, he wrote:

On revealing the idea to make this music video and cooperate with Amitabh Bachchan again, Shoojit shared that this clip is not only for people who unfortunately lost their loving mothers but also for those still under the shadows of their moms. To be more particular, the slideshow at the beginning of the music clip includes monochrome pictures about inspiring and brave mothers. This is a way for him to express his greatest love to all mothers and Maa is also a special gift for Mother’s Day.

The music video also showcases Amitabh Bachchan and his late mother Teji Bachchan in a white and black frame. Amitabh appears as a boy who clothed himself in formal; whereas, his beloved mother wore a saree.

The song is so emotional that listeners are extremely impressed by its ending, "Tum Aaj Bhi Mere Paas Ho...Maa. (Even today you are close to me..maa).” Amitabh has performed the song with Yajat Garg. Moreover, Anuj Garg takes charge of composing Maa while Puneet Sharma is responsible for writing it.

As regards Amitabh ‘s acting career, he has been all set for his forthcoming thriller film Chehre, and he will co-star with actor Emraan Hashmi. Saraswati Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Anand Pandit Motion Pictures co-produced this movie which is slated to go on floors on February 21st, 2020.
