The final trailer delivers the scale and tension fans expected while saving the biggest visual surprises for the big screen.
Toho has released the final trailer for Godzilla Minus Zero, the direct sequel to the Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus One. The new footage dropped on October 11 during New York Comic Con and puts the focus on intense monster action while still holding back the full reveal of the second kaiju.

Set in 1949, two years after the events of the first film, Japan is struggling to rebuild. A fragile peace is shattered when a new threat arrives. The trailer shows Godzilla unleashing his atomic breath while golden lightning-like gravity beams tear through the sky and strike airborne targets. Fans immediately recognized those beams as the signature attack of King Ghidorah, though the three-headed monster itself remains unseen.
Returning stars Ryunosuke Kamiki and Minami Hamabe reprise their roles as Koichi and Noriko Shikishima. Hidetaka Yoshioka is back as Kenji Noda, now heading the Disaster Response Bureau. New cast members include Min Tanaka as biologist Kanji Murakami. Director, writer, and visual effects supervisor Takashi Yamazaki returns, with his company Shirogumi handling the effects once again.
Godzilla Minus Zero is the first Japanese production filmed for IMAX. It was shot with IMAX-certified cameras and optimized for the large format. The film has already premiered at the New York Film Festival and carries strong early reviews, sitting near 95 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
Japan gets the movie on November 3, which is Godzilla Day, with IMAX early access the same date. North American theaters open wide on November 6 through GKIDS. Tickets are on sale now.
The tagline remains blunt: There is no third time. Everything ends here. The final trailer delivers the scale and tension fans expected while saving the biggest visual surprises for the big screen.
