We all want to save our money for beauty and skincare treatments. Beauty treatments are not just costlier but also are time-consuming. If you don't want to spend your 2-3 hours at the salons even at the weekends, these 5 easy manicure steps will help you at your home.
Follow these steps to ensure salon-quality results without a second set of hands. Here are 5 easy manicure steps will help you to grow your nails faster:
Remove Current Nail Polish (If Any) Or Clean Your Hands
Use any nail polish remover to clean the surface for your nails. Also, try to use acetone and chemical-free nail paint removers for nails.
Remember, acetone and chemical oriented removers stop natural growth of your nails with making them white. Use herbal or natural nail paint remover wipes which are affordable for your pocket and wash your hand afterwards.
File Your Nails
Before filing your nails make sure you cut them first with round or square shape. Then file your nails in one direction to get your desired shape for nails. Buff your nails corner and sides slightly to make the smooth surface.
Remember, when you file your nails, you remove the dead skin and gives your nails a way to grow. So try to use your filer gently.
Push cuticles backwards
First, apply any thick moisturizer or oil to your cuticles and massage your nails for at least 5 minutes. After the massage, push your cuticles backwards gently with the cuticle stick.
If you don't have cuticle stick, then use a toothpick. Remember, your cuticles protect your nails from bacteria so keep them soft and avoid cutting them as much as possible.
Exfoliate Your Nails
Apart from just your nails, exfoliate your hands, palms, and wrist. Exfoliation helps you to remove dead skin cells from your hands and makes the polish.
Wash your hand with lukewarm water and pat it dry. Remember, exfoliation is one of the most important steps in the whole manicure process. So make sure you never forget this process.
Moisturize Your Hands
Moisturization is essential after your manicure process. Moisturizer retains the moisture balance to your nails. Give your hands a nice massage by yourself with rubbing your hands one over other.
Just because you are not at the salon, that does not mean you cant relax. Hope these 5 easy steps will help you to make your nails clean and sharp.
