Producer Karan Johar's Kalank, starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, is one of the most anticipated movies of 2019 and the excitement among the audience is palpable. While there is nothing short of opulence or grandeur about the trailer and songs, the intricate details, as well as the costumes, are beyond impressive.

On Alia Bhatt’s Character, Roop
The wedding scene of Alia Bhatt in the trailer is showered with most splendid jewellery. It was necklace with rubies and pearls which steal the spotlight. In addition to that are the intricate 5-lehera set, mathapatti, nath, chandbalis and hath phool which exalt the extravagance of the set.
In the role of Bahaar Begum, Madhuri Dixit also throws another jewellery-centric look. Featuring in the Ghar More Pardesiya song, the actress wore a pearl-embellished gold rani-haar. She paired it with a maang tikka, heavy chandbalis, gold bangles, and ornate rings. Her hair accessory, however, outweighed all these glittering jewellery.
In another song, Madhuri Dixit wore an antique gold paasa and chandbalis. Both of them are gorgeous, not to mention the detailed hathphool on her hand.
