To gear up for the memorable event in her lifetime, yesterday, Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to bring some memories from the previous Met Gala events back.

After taking the internet by storm with a sweet kiss at the recent Billboard Music Awards, the Bollywood power couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas resume their endless series of events with the upcoming 2019 Met Gala event, which is fast approaching today, May 6, 2019.

To gear up for the memorable event in her lifetime, yesterday, the day before the event, Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to bring some memories from the previous Met Gala events back. However, grabbing fans' attention the most is the special moment from Met Gala 2017 in which the former beauty queen stepped on the red carpet with the love of her life, Nick Jonas, for the first time.

At Met Gala that year, Priyanka opted for a coat-inspired gown with shoulder-exposing collar, whereas Nick Jonas wore a tux and covered a jacket, following a silver geometric design. At that time, Priyanka and Nick weren’t an official couple. However, a joint appearance on the carpet instantly ignited the rumor that a special relationship was brewing between them.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got engaged in August 2018 and subsequently tied the knot in December with an extravagant wedding spanning three days in India.

On the work front, Priyanka will co-star with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in her upcoming flick The Sky is Pink. The film, directed by Shonali Bose, is going to have its premiere on October 11, 2019.
