Golden Globes 2019: Jessica Chastain And Sam Rockwell Announced As Award Presenters

The actors are the first presenters to have been announced ahead of Sunday's ceremony.

On Sunday, celebrities and entertainers will take part in at the 76th annual awards when the Hollywood Foreign Press Association will announce the best films and TV shows of 2018.

Actors Sam Rockwell and Jessica Chastain have been confirmed as the presenters in Golden Globes 2019. The announcement was posted on Twitter made by the organiser of the ceremony The Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Sam Rockwell earned a Golden Globe nomination this year for his role as George W Bush in Vice. He also took trophy the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture last year for his role in Three Billboard Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Meanwhile, Jessica Chastain was awarded Golden Globe in 2013 for her role in Zero Dark Thirty with Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama. Sam Rockwell and Jessica Chastain are the first two presenters announced by the HFPA.

The HFPA has continued to announce a number of stars that will be presenting at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards.

Harrison Ford, Halle Berry, Dick Van Dyke, Mike Myers and Chadwick Boseman are all set to take the stage during the show on Sunday night.

Additional presenters include Sterling K. Brown, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kaley Cuoco, Idris Elba, Justin Hartley, Johnny Galecki, Taraji P. Henson, Allison Janney, Felicity Huffman, Michael B. Jordan, Chrissy Metz, William H. Macy, Lupita Nyong'o, Jim Parsons, Gary Oldman, Saoirse Ronan, Ben Stiller, Octavia Spencer, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Lena Waithe.

However, HFPA has not revealed the awards that all the actors will be presenting.

Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg are set to co-host the Golden Globes 2019. The 76th annual Golden Globes airs on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, live from the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, on Sunday, Jan. 6.
