Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald first reactions - Johnny Depp is “remarkable” in the sequel than original
The upcoming movie Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald - which based on a screenplay by J.K.Rowling and directed by David Yates - is the sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016) that grossed $814 million at the international box office after released in November 2016. The film is set in 1920s Paris when a dark witch who has great ambition to gain power and separate “pureblood” wizards from non-magical people. It took places about 70 years before Harry Potter went to a boarding school in British and learned how to become a wizard.
After the success of Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, the sequel is predicted that it’s going to happen quickly. Many previous cast members will reprise as well as some of the new actors will appear in the film. Eddie Redmayne returns to his character “magizoologist” Newt Scamander and the cast list including Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Dan Fogler in Jacob Kowalski character, Alison Sudol in charge of Queenie Goldstein and Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone. The movie stars Johnny Depp in the role as Gellert Grindelwald and Jude Law plays a young Dumbledore.
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is the second film of five planned ones in the Harry Potter series which will be released in theatres on November 16. However, some lucky fans of this hot movie and other critics had a chance to catch a sneak show of the movie at the weekend and because the social media embargo was repealed, Fantastic Beasts also received many early positive reactions.
Simon Thompson tweeted that after watching Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald on last Thursday, he noticed that Johnny Depp became an outstanding character as Grindelwald. Moreover, he also affirmed that even you were strange to the Wizarding and Magical world or a big fan of it, you couldn’t resist gorgeous visuals, faultless action, and fascinating performances. Meanwhile, Maslanka Mike wrote on his twitter that he was so lucky to watch Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald and the trailer itself was a potentially stunning tease.
The movie buff also declared that the movie had done its mission and been even more excellent than the prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. Fandom Ventures gave a great compliment on the movie and claimed that it was much better than the first one. However, all actor promised to keep the secrets of the plot detail with the hashtag “ProtectTheSecrets widely. Shelby Isaac tweeted that after watching Fantastic Beasts, she just wanted to gush over the movie with someone else but she needed to keep her words.
