Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Reach Final Agreement Over Child Custody

After almost two years of child support dispute, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally reached an agreement over custody of six children by direct negotiation instead of meeting in court.  

According to Angelina Jolie’s lawyer, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached the final agreement of child support. She said to Reuters on Friday,

She also added that the agreement is completely based on their children's benefits and all the details of this agreement will not be revealed in order to protect the children. Brad Pitt’s representatives gave no comment on this statement.

Angelina Jolie originally asked for the primary custody of 6 children while Brat Pitt demanded the shared custody.

Angelina Jolie’s representative refused to provide more details about how the custody will be divided. Angelina and Brad had been set for a trial on 4^th December in Los Angeles with the private judge. A reliable source reported that the 43-year-old actress is very pleased with this agreement and she believes that the things are going well for all family members.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt used to be one of the most powerful and glamorous couples in Hollywood. They fell in love with each other after staring together in the action movie “Mr and Mrs Smith” in 2005 and tied the knot in 2014. The couple has six children including three biological children, Shiloh and twin Vivienne and Knox and three adopted children, Maddox, Zahara, and Pax Thien.

After two years of marriage and over ten years of romantic relationship, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016. The divorce caused a bitter child support dispute when Brad Pitt was under investigation for child abuse and cleared of child abuse. Besides, both Brad and Angelina accused each other of manipulating the media in their favor. The couple has not reached the final divorce agreement yet.
